We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the Student Engagement and Progress Team, based in the Student Administration Service. The team is responsible for Student Attendance and Engagement Monitoring procedures, Progress of Students procedures, and also has oversight of student Academic Appeals, Complaints and Fitness to Practise procedures.
Reporting directly to the Student Engagement & Progress Officer, you will play a vital role within the Team to support the work relating to student attendance and engagement monitoring, and student progress as well as contributing towards the wider team objectives and delivery of the student enquiry framework for the wider service.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing a fantastic service and interested in developing a broad set of skills and knowledge through handling a varied workload including supporting student attendance and engagement operations and developments, and responding to student and staff enquiries.
