The Facilities Services Department is responsible for the maintenance and operations of all campus facilities, which includes buildings, grounds, and utility systems. The Landscape Aide provides general cleaning and grooming of campus grounds.
This position includes manual labor duties. Also, this position assists in the maintenance, repair, renovation, and construction of campus landscapes and grounds in an outdoor environment. 3 Positions Available
Required Qualifications (include education, experience, skills & abilities, licenses & certifications):
Valid Tennessee Driver’s License
This position includes the ability to learn to use basic tools and equipment for grounds maintenance.
Applicant must be in good physical health, able to perform strenuous activities and able to lift and carry up to a 50 pounds. Also, the applicant must be able to follow instructions, have a positive attitude, and interact well with others in a team environment. Applicant must be able to follow the departmental attendance policy.
