SSS-B10 – Head of International Student Success
Job description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to lead our new International Student Support and Success team.
You will be experienced in both international student support and compliance and passionate about making a real difference to the experience of our international student community. You will need to apply complex and changing UK immigration rules and ensure compliance with OISC standards.
Reporting to the Deputy Director and Head of Operations, this role will lead an international student success team, including the Head of Student Visa Compliance, International Student Adviser, and International Support and Compliance Advisor, study abroad and exchanges. The new team will oversee delivery of a busy and demanding student-facing service, developing and enhancing exchange partnerships and study abroad opportunities.
The team will liaise across the University to help ensure a positive experience for international students and that colleagues are kept informed about immigration requirements in relation to recruitment and admissions processes, as well as throughout the student lifecycle and post-graduation.
