JOB SUMMARY: Provides administrative support to leadership at the Nelson Institute for Environmental Studies. Utilizes discretion and operates with minimal supervision.

QUALIFICATIONS:
3 years of previous professional experience in an administrative assistant/support role required.
Preferred Qualifications include:
– Experience providing direct administrative support to professional and/or executive level employees
– Experience preparing, formatting and/or editing written materials using Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat, and Cloud platforms (e.g. BOX, Google Docs)
– Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and timelines
– Experience working in higher education

Starting salary will be commensurate with applicable experience.
