University Plaza Family Practice Hiring for Medical Office Assistant/Receptionist Job at Victoria Full Time

Medical Office Assistant position available immediately.

Family medicine office with four doctors, one nurse and three medical office assistants requires an additional office assistant.

• No experience or MOA training necessary, though experience in the service industry is an asset.
• Bright sunny location in newly updated office.
• The ideal applicant will be kind and respectful to patients, work well in a team, have excellent organizational ability and will be enthusiastic and motivated to participate in the running of the office.
• Basic computer skills essential.
• We will provide training for electronic medical record use.

Daytime hours between 8 am – 5:30 pm. No weekends or stat holiday.

No phone calls please. Selected applicants will be contacted directly for interview.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00-$21.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Overtime pay

Proof of Covid vaccination required. At this time mask wearing is required in all medical offices.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Victoria, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
