Our Operators play a dual role in answering phone calls, dispatching our drivers and occasionally going on deliveries. Operators have extensive customer contact while using various systems to communicate with our drivers and merchants.

What you will do as an Uno-Go Telephone Operator:

• Receive, screen, update and dispatch customer orders
• Answer calls in a courteous and timely manner
• Accurately verify orders with vendors and dispatch drivers
• Provide accurate and appropriate information and assistance to customers, drivers, and merchants as needed
• Process work to meet delivery commitments with speific timelines
• Monitor deliveries to ensure they have been professionally delivered in a timely manner
• Keeps office and general areas clean, tidy, and sanitized
• Occasionally perform light clerical functions
• Occasionally go out on deliveries
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

In addition to STRONG verbal communication skills, our Telephone Operators must have:

• Customer service and basic comupter skills
• Positive and patient attitude
• Valid Driver’s License
• The ability to ability to work days, evenings/nights, weekends, holidays, overtime and split shifts as required
• The ability to multitask and maintain steady work flow
• The ability to handle pressure in stressful situations

Education:

• High School Education/GED or equivalent

Work Experience:

• Customer Service Call Center

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $10.00 per hour
