About the role:
You don’t need any experience in training, we will provide you with comprehensive learning, and support teaching tools to become successful in your trainer role. To be a Flight Attendant Trainer, you will need to have a Level 5 Qualification and solid Flight Attending experience including at a supervisory level. It would be advantageous if you have a qualification in Adult Teaching, however it isn’t a requirement. In this role, you will be facilitating learning using existing curriculum which is prepared for you – all you have to do is take your passion into the classroom and use the resources along.
