About the role:
Based at our Auckland campus, the International Student Support Officer is responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to all internal and external stakeholders which includes students, sales support, and the academic teams across all campuses. This role is a key point of contact for the Academic team who initiate changes and the Admissions team who need to update offer documents as required. Some of your other the key duties will include:

You will describe yourself as an energetic people person who can easily relate to both on and offshore international students, someone who can proactively provide pastoral assistance and get things done in a timely manner. You will be very approachable, customer focused and a great source of information and support for the students.
