Upcision Hiring for Assistant to the Head of Operations at Remote Full Time

We are a goal-oriented and family-friendly business looking to add a new member to our team who will not only be able to get the job done but be able to fit in with our close-knit environment.

The job duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Help with various ‘entry level’ Salesforce tasks
• Help with various administrative tasks
• Monitoring and managing the Head of Operations daily schedule
• Monitoring and managing task assignments in Asana
• Help to monitor Head of Operations emails
• Answering incoming calls, taking messages and transferring to the correct person as needed

We are looking for someone with the following skills/knowledge base:

• Experience with SalesForce (not required, but a plus)
• Experience with MS Office
• Experience with Adobe
• Experience in assistant or administrative position
• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to take the correct action
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong work ethic and ability to stay self-motivated without constant monitoring from superiors
• Excellent time management skills and ability to properly prioritize tasks
• Previous experience working in a remote setting
• Reliable internet connection
• Reliable computer
• Reliable work environment (must be able to work 40hrs per week without regular interruptions causing an inability to get the job done)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28,000.00 – $30,000.00 per year
