We’re hiring a Temporary, Data Entry Professional to join our HRIS Department! This position will primarily work full-time, daylight hours while in the temporary assignment. A perk of this position includes remote work flexibility!

This position will provide highly accurate central data entry for the UPMC system. The Data Entry Professional will identify system and/or data entry issues as well as identify opportunities to remove customizations and to gain efficiencies. This position will focus on processing recruitment onboarding tasks, employee movement within the system, and various other data entry tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately verify and edit data in communication with data management
• Report all coding errors or problems with computer entry
• Timely and accurate completion of electronic data entry into multiple UPMC databases and various software programs (i.e. Microsoft Excel)
• Work effectively with other staff to ensure quality of data by data monitoring, correcting errors, and reviewing data inconsistency reports generated by data management

Qualifications

• High school diploma strongly preferred.
• Two years of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong data entry skills preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office progams, including Outlook, is preferred.
