Overview
Upper Story LLC is dedicated to creating fun, premium, deeply educational toys. We began in 2017 with the creation of Turing Tumble – a toy that teaches how computers work. We recently released a new product, Spintronics, that teaches how electronics work in an entirely new way. We have eight employees, sell our products around the world to individuals and schools, and continue to develop exciting new educational toys, unlike anything else in the industry.
We’re currently looking to add a full-time Administrative Assistant and Customer Support team member. This individual needs to be a skilled communicator (written and verbal), organized, people-oriented, systematic, and eager to learn new things. It is an unusually sophisticated Customer Support role as our products are translated into seven languages and we serve customers, retailers, distributors, and educators around the world. We work with six different warehouses to fulfill orders and various warehouse management systems. The Administrative Assistant role includes weekly tasks to help keep the office running smoothly, as well as unique projects that involve our online store, international initiatives, education endeavors, trade show preparation, and planning special events. The goal of the position to be an all-purpose player that makes the customer experience positive end-to-end, and supports initiatives for the company as a whole.

Responsibilities
· Provide customer service worldwide
· Communicate with educators to create quotes, process orders, and send invoices
· Work with warehouses around the world to solve shipping issues
· Provide customer service for small toy stores and process their orders
· Administrative support
Requirements
· Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Energetic, passionate, and self-driven
· Detail-oriented, organized, and systematic
· Entrepreneurial mentality
· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Skills/Education
· 4 year degree
· Experience in Customer Service or as an Administrative Assistant

Pay: $50,000.00 – $72,000.00 per year
