• Title: Lead Product Manager
• Salary: $180 – $200K + bonus + equity

Our client, a profitable media startup who recently raised $35M in Series A funding, is seeking a Lead Product Manager to join their team. The person in this role will lead a team of 4 to oversee the redesign of OTT apps + work on publishing systems data.

Job Details

• Execute redesign of direct-to-consumer OTT apps in the first 6 months of 2024
• Work on data and underlying publishing systems
• Reports to CTO, interacts with C-Suite regularly
• Hire a team and groom them
• 4 people are meant to report to this person (Product Managers) – hiring them will be one of your first tasks

Requirements

• 8 years of experience in a product role
• 2 years of experience in a management/leadership role and has built a team
• Ability to present to the C-Suite
• Experience in OTT redesign
• Experience with underlying publishing systems
• Nice to have: Someone who has worked with Latin American teams on streaming platforms
