Descripción de puesto:

The Digital Content and Analyst Specialist is responsible for the leads data in support of Marketing’s business objectives. He/She ensures the data collected and supports the segmentation needs across all digital channels. This position is responsible for ensuring data quality and follow up within the platform(s), including performing regular quality assurance on the data captured and stored from campaigns and events. He/She leads development of new audience traits and segments, performing testing, and deploying segments to agency media buying platforms, the ups.com personalization platform, and other programmatic activation platforms. This position interacts regularly with sales to follow up leads. The Digital Content and Analyst Specialist also provides key input in support of the overall digital marketing data architecture.

The new District structure includes many activities which will be developed by the communications area. The launch of new or service enhancements require strategic communications through different channels. The new person that is required must have experience in digital channels and mailing to exploit them to the fullest and make more content.

Current Workload:

This position is in charge of the following:

Develops and Manages Customer Data Platform Ingress Processes

• Works with internal sources to follow up leads and generate a date base.
• Collect needed information to support segmentation for digital marketing campaigns.
• Works with sales to ensure the results for all media campaigns.
• Support projects with sales, corporate and data owners to specify and execute new data feeds into the Customer Data Platform from digital marketing applications.
• Provides direction to specify and ingest data feeds from media platforms for analytics and reporting.
• Champions changes to the data on ups.com as necessary to collect needed information to support reporting and segmentation needs of stakeholders.

Ensures Data Quality

• Develops testing and quality assurance procedures for the leads.
• Performs ongoing, regular audits of data quality for all sources.
• Monitors segment sizes for all segments actively part of a digital campaign and monitors match rates with activation/media buying platforms.

Develops Customer Segmentation to Support Digital Marketing Campaigns

• Develops and manages processes to assign customers to marketing segments
• Performs exploratory audience sizing to support new campaigns.

Deploys Customer Segments to Programmatic Activation Platforms

• Works with channel partners to deploy and test segments developed in the UPS platforms (e.g. ups.com, marketo, seismic)
• Monitors active segments to ensure high quality segment data is continually provided throughout the duration of the digital marketing campaign.

Supports Digital Reporting and Exploratory Analysis

• Maintains digital reporting tools and develops new dashboards as required by stakeholders.
• Performs exploratory analysis on campaign and audience data to identify new insights to optimize targeting strategies and audience definition.
• Assists the Analytics team in the capturing and transformation of digital data required for advanced analytics.
• Supports business users in the usage of campaign and audience data through formal trainings and ongoing day-to-day support.
