Urbanize Farm is a state-of-the-art hydroponic indoor farm in Edina, MN. We utilize the most innovative hydroponic and LED lighting technologies, providing a substantially more efficient operation. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Within the next year, Urbanize will double in size, and we need YOU! You’ll have opportunities, and they start with being a Production Associate and grow from there! This position includes the following:

• Quickly and efficiently process and package basil. Quality is key!
• Keeping up with the demand for our product, which includes work responsibilities with high repetition and frequent motions with hands or wrists.
• Providing support for all production tasks including processing herbs, packaging, labeling, organizing and maintaining shared workspace areas, and cleaning and sanitizing equipment.
• Encouraging healthy plant growth through seeding, transplanting, harvesting, processing herbs, and maintenance of the hydroponic system.
• Working in a clean and green space.
• Preparing final deliveries to go to customers.
• Our current leaders set the pace and provide you with an opportunity to learn all the steps in our process. You will be given additional responsibilities with proven success.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• You are reliable and available to work 6 am or 7 a.m. to 2:00 or 3:00 pm.
• You are dependable to work full-time: 35-40 hours/week. Part time work also available. We are flexible with schedules.
• You are a team player!

WHAT YOU GET:

Starting Hourly rate: $17.50
