As the Client Care Administrator, you are the first face to our clients. Using your receptionist experience in health, wellness or hospitality, you will welcome our clients, make them feel comfortable, help turn potential clients into clients, run the daily schedule, handle billings and be the organizer extraordinaire that keeps the day running smoothly.

Part-time hours: 10-20 per week

Salary: $21.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

Education:

• DCS / DEC (preferred)

Experience:

• administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
• Medical office experience: 1 year (preferred)
• receptionist: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: One location

Expected start date: 2023-03-20
