SUMMARY:

Our client is looking for a mid level Scrum Master who can partner with their Product owner to run sprints, ceremonies, and make sure work is being delivered using agile. This will ensure that their Product owner can focus on stakeholder engagement, refining roadmap and requirements and less handling scrum activities as well.

Key Skills

• 3+ years in managing scrum teams with a track record applying agile methodology.
• Has demonstrated the ability to decompose requirements, design specifications down into smaller stories and components showing a track record of delivery.
• Comfortable working in a high pace environment where priorities can often shift regardless of our best intentions to set our targets and hit them.
• Experience in demand management and execution planning for agile teams.
• Strong communication skills
