Receives greens fees, rental fees, driving range fees and fees from sales of golf merchandise and equipment. Operates a cash register, receiving and accounting for cash in accordance with MWR Department Standard Operating Procedures.
Issue (rent) electric golf carts, hand pull-carts, golf clubs and driving range balls. Inspect returned equipment for damage. Initiates appropriate custody and receipt forms.
Assist the supervisor in the daily maintenance of electric golf carts if required.
Open/close Pro-Shop as required.
Maintain various records and files.
Answer the telephone and provide information concerning the facility’s operations.
Assist supervisor in taking tee-off reservations coordinating tee-offs.
Patrol golf course when directed, ensuring the adherence of golf rules and etiquette and proper speed of play.
Perform housekeeping functions as required to keep Pro-shop and its vicinity clean and orderly.
Perform other duties as assigned.
