Duties
- As the Executive Assistant to AD-S, Deputy, AD-S, and SEL, coordinates AD-S, Deputy, AD-S, and SEL calendars for efficient use of time to meet mission priorities and resolve conflicts.
- Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the AD-S, Deputy, AD-S, and SEL offices ensuring all administrative requirements are met.
- Review calendars and schedule meetings to ensure no meetings are missed and are attended by appropriate personnel.
- Manages the day-to-day operations by performing a wide variety of duties to relieve the Senior Leadership Team of administrative, coordinative, and office management functions.
- Reviews a variety of correspondence from all sources. Ensures technical accuracy with regard to format, typographic, and grammatical accuracy.
- Utilizes modern office automation systems and Microsoft software in the performance of assigned duties.

Basic Requirement for Executive Assistant, NH-0301-2
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which include coordinating functional technical activities for projects/programs. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (NH-1).
OR
Education: Ph.D or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as: Human Resources Management, Business Administration or Public Administration.
OR
Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the second year (total graduate semester hours minus 36) by 18. Add the two percentages
