Job Description

• Upholds company interest, image (in and out of the plant), and assets to the highest priority
• Follows and Enforces Company Safety Rules and Absolutes
• Display a positive attitude and always uphold company image to a high standard at work and off-site while conducting USA DeBusk business.
• Ensure you are fit for duty each day
• Be aware of Muster points, Evac paths, Eye wash stations, Fire extinguishers
• Communicate work progress to Crew Lead or Supervisor clearly and effectively
• ACCURATELY communicate progress to supervision
• Effectively communicate between shifts for an accurate rollover
• Time-sensitive to customer needs
• Stays on track with work scope
• Must be able to lift up to 50 Lbs
• Must be able to work in confined spaces, climb ladder cages, work at heights
• Willing to travel out of town and out of state days or weeks at a time
• Maintain USA DeBusk equipment to be clean, operational, presentable to the customer
• Aware of materials and usage. Communicate any machine or nozzle issues as they arise
• Ensure all Rental Equipment is maintained and accounted for. This includes vehicles cleaned daily at the end of each shift
• Follow all company guidelines
• Any additional assigned tasks as needed during job and project needs
