Are you looking for a fun and rewarding job coaching children within the ages of 2-7 years old? This is the perfect job for someone who is fun, enthusiastic, and considered dedicated when it comes to working with younger children.We are seeking to hire part time Preschool Sports Activity Coordinators for our fall WEEKEND programs throughout Morris County. Fall classes run on a weekly basis, starting the week of September 12th and ending November 14th. Work is typically scheduled in 3-hour blocks with three 50-minute classes in this time period. Candidates must be able to commit to classes for the entirety of the season. This is an opportunity to not only inspire the next generation of sports enthusiasts but to also develop yourself as a coach or as an educator.As a Preschool Sports Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for working with young children, ages 2 to 7 years old, on any of the following programs: Parent & Me Squirts (ages 2 to 3), Sports Squirts (ages 3 to 5), or Senior Sports (ages 5 to 7). It is preferred that candidates have experience of working with children. Our programs are based on sports so it would be helpful to have a background in sports or physical fitness.Once we have reviewed your application, you will be invited to a Covid Free Introductory Zoom Presentation, where you can learn more about USA Sport Group and the coaching opportunities available, from the comfort of your own home!Following the zoom, all candidates will be required to attend a practical in person event on August 23rd from 5:30pm – 7:30 pm in Montclair, New Jersey, to gain approval to coach with us. Successful hires at these events will then attend PAID training, receive full uniform, equipment and curriculum needed.The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Previous coaching or teaching experience (preferred)

• A fun and bubbly personality to engage children

• Desire to learn and to improve as a coach

• Passion for working with infants and young children

• Enthusiastic about sports and teaching basic skills to beginners

• Ability to relate and communicate with children, parents, and co-workers

• Excellent organization and time management skills
