USA Vein Clinics, Vascular Centers, and Fibroid Centers are growing and looking to add an IT Help Desk Support Specialist to our team! As an IT Help Desk employee you would be responsible for managing incoming help desk tickets and calls from 80+ clinics across the country. The person filling this role should be able to assist employees with IT issues in the office or questions on how to use IT systems, such as EMR, iPad applications, etc. This person should be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks based on level of importance.Responsibilities:

• Assisting offices in multiple states to ensure that computers and networking are in place
• Working closely with corporate support teams
• Managing multiple projects
• Working with senior management to support the execution of company strategy
• Assisting with the integration of new locations, as added
• Providing IT support for the whole team
• Additional responsibilities, as necessary

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of computer systems
• Strong knowledge of networking hardware – ability to troubleshoot network wiring, basic network equipment (switches, routers, access points)
• Strong knowledge of basic network protocols (DNS, DHCP, SSL VPN)
• 1-2 years of Office 365 experience preferred
• Associates Degree in IT or other related fields required, new grads are welcome to apply!
• Ability to work both individually and as a member of a team
• Functional knowledge of remote access, networking, and PC configuration
• Proven high level of problem solving, critical thinking and implementation skills
