Job Description
- Responsible for miscellaneous clerical tasks within manufacturing plant offices such as data entry, mail distribution, filing, printing/copying, labeling, etc.
- Use of computers requiring proficiency with Microsoft Office software. Considerable amount of time is allocated to basic data entry.
- Responsible for file organization and record retention in assigned areas.
- Help provide administrative support to plant safety initiatives.
- Assist with meeting planning coordination.
Qualifications
- Practical experience performing miscellaneous clerical tasks in an on-the-job setting is required.
- Self-starter, with excellent organizational and time management skills, plus the proven ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Must be personable and able to converse comfortably both verbally and in written communications.
- Thorough understanding of Microsoft Office applications. Prior experience using Oracle is a plus.
- Unwavering adherence to plant safety and housekeeping rules.
- The starting rate of pay for this position is $18.50 per hour. It is a Day shift assignment.
