Utica First Insurance Hiring for Mailroom Clerk at Oriskany, NY Full Time

Utica First Insurance Company voted “Best Companies to Work for in NY 2022” is seeking a Full-Time, Mail Center Clerk for their home office in Oriskany, NY.

The ideal candidate will be a customer-service minded individual who works well in a team setting and is comfortable in a fast-paced environment. The ability to work self-directed is important to this position, as is the ability to multi-task.

Primary duties of this position include the print, prep, and distribution of company generated documents, policies, and correspondence to internal and external recipients. Individuals are required to operate different types of office equipment and mail/print software needed to process daily work flow.

The ideal candidate for this position should also have previous experience with answering telephones, and filing documents via electronic routing. A high school education is required as well as an ability to stand for long periods of time and lifting is up to 30 lbs.

This is an entry-level position (Monday – Friday, 1st shift) that reports to the Mail Center & Facility Services Manager.
