• [The IIB Developer must have solid experience in IIB/ESB platforms.

• [They must have demonstrated experience working in
  multi-disciplinary design teams, Agile and/or XP development
  environments and have the capability to design and develop artifacts
  for the IIB/ESB platform. ]{style=”font-family:Arial,sans-serif;”}
• [They should have experience in connectivity and utilization of
  various platforms and transformation capabilities of the IIB/ESB.

• [The IIB Developer will leverage their deep experience in software
  engineering to ensure that deliverables meet ongoing performance and
  maintenance requirements.]{style=”font-family:Arial,sans-serif;”}

• [Design and develop interfaces and services for consumption and
  publishing for the landscape via

• [Develop Critical frameworks and perform proof-of-concepts in the

• [Work within an Agile development

• [Influence expert judgement and technical savviness when designing

  databases, and business process management systems to build advanced
  Enterprise Service Bus
