Title:Sr. CRM Engineer/ Sr. Salesforce Developer Roles Summary: The Sr. Salesforce Platform Engineer leads & supports the existing salesforce system landscape and leads the development of marketing campaign/CRM use cases on the lightning platform. Sr. CRM engineer designs solutions on the platform to enable marketing and CRM use cases. This role works with customer data and ensures privacy and security policies are observed, data is cleansed and of quality to support customer communication. Role also supports CRM and marketing related projects on salesforce as a subject matter expert (SME) and participate in process improvement including DevOps and can deliver over-all Sales force Solution blue printing and built on existing architecture Role Responsibility: Serves as Salesforce functional subject matter expert Map business requirements into native salesforce functionality Provides best practice guidance regarding configuration vs. customization Design technical architecture of the solution Design and deliver data integration and migration strategy into SFDC platform Feasibility analysis of business requirements Ability to understand data sourcing, volume & velocity and make recommendations for system implementation Validate Salesforce object model Ability to map Business requirements to detailed Salesforce product specifications Guidance with mapping of the roadmap of key components Domain testing of Application to execute on the business cases &span style=”font-s
