Vaco Boston has partnered with a Prestigious Investment Bank to find ENTRY LEVEL FINANCIAL SERVICE OPERATIONS PROFESSIONALS. If you are a Recent College graduate looking for a Career in Financial Services and Custodial Banking Operations this is the place for you! Roles include Fund Accounting, Operations specialist, FX Settlements & Securities Lending Associates to name a few.

Responsibilities Include :

• Ops Specialist-CA Income: is responsible for the global processing
• Balancing and reconciling of custody positions related to dividend interest payments.
• Collects global client’s dividend and interest Income payments
• Generate custody/operations related systems reports in support of daily, weekly and monthly management reporting
• Securities Processing: Process transactions, verify information, manage daily volume, perform intraday and end of day reconciliation of daily work, help to ensure all deadlines and requirements are being met.
• The Fund Accountant is responsible for specialized accounting support of commingled investment portfolios within the business line.
• Manage daily production reporting.
• Fund Accountants will complete one or more key aspects of net asset value execution including; transactions, capital stock, expenses, corporate actions, cash, and special handling

Requirements:

• Good communication skills, willing to learn
• Degree in ANY Field if you have interest in Financial Services Training is provided
• Basic understand and interest in Financial Markets
