Vaco is looking for a contract to hire a Part-time Medical Billing Specialist in Dayton, OH!

Medical Billing Specialist (Work from Home)


Location: Remote but must live in Dayton, OH


Pay: $20/hour


Hours: Monday to Friday – 25 to 35 hours weekly


Start Date: 11/07/22


Job Details:

  • Processes and ensures accuracy of patient statements on a monthly basis
  • Resolves billing issues identified by insurance carriers and patients
  • Maintains accurate records of all activity and conversations for each file
  • Reviews patient bills for accuracy and completeness, and obtains any missing information

Candidate Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Compliance: Background/drug/covid vaccinated/tb test
