TECHNICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
JOB SUMMARY
The Technical Customer Service Representative will interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner while receiving requests and by handling directly, or forwarding to the correct department for completion. A Technical Customer Service Technician will manage all incoming parts and service requests and make sure they are correctly completed in a timely manner. Working with the Service Manager, the Technical Customer Service Representative will develop and implement a proactive sales plan for the Parts and Service department. Strong communication, organization and multitasking skills are required to handle the continuous stream of commonly time sensitive requests.
