This person will provide support to the Finance team on apart-time basis for 6 months. The successful candidate for this role will bevaccinated against COVID-19, pursuant to Executive Order 14042.Your key responsibilities include:iExpense or Travel Expense processorSupport company credit card processing (i.e. Diners club and employee Chasecards: new credit card setups, updates, etc.)Support month end journal entry submissionsSupport monthly Sales and Use Tax submissionsOther ad hoc analysisEnsure financial and accounting reports are prepared in accordance tocompany/global rules and regulations.Prepare and review, expense and invoice entries, and other accountingdocumentsMonitor and review accounts for accuracy and completenessInterface with management in various departments, including sales,customers, suppliers, and legal.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar field and 3-5 yearsof experience in a related Finance RoleOr equivalent combination of education and experienceKnowledge of Finance, Accounting, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payableincluding Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.Knowledge of financial and accounting software applications. Oracle experiencepreferredAbility to analyze financial data and prepare Journal entries andreconciliations.Strong Microsoft Excel skills requiredExcellent organizational skills and be detail and process oriented.Navigate and prioritize tasks in dynamic environment with continuousdeadlines.ANTICIPATED SALARY RANGE: $35-40 per hour.
