Thebusiness area serves selected weather-dependent customers to whom accurate,real-time, uninterrupted, and reliable weather data is essential to runefficient operations.Position Description:We are currently searching for a Project Manager in our Louisville(Boulder), Colorado office to join our Projects and Customer ServicesTeam (PCS). The purpose of this role is to manage the activities relatedto Vaisala delivery projects, delivering systems and solutions toVaisala’s customers, based on Vaisala core product portfolio consisting ofhardware software and services. This position is a hybrid role with work beingperformed both at the office and remotely.Our Team:The PCS Projects Team is a small group of Project Managers dedicated todelivering a wide variety of complex projects to Vaisala customers worldwide.At Vaisala, the Project Manager assumes a critical role as the customer’smain point of contact throughout the project delivery. Degree in Project Management,Business or Engineering3-5 years Project Management ExperienceOr equivalent combination of education and experiencePMP Certification or specific Project Management training preferredCommunication and interpersonal skills: demonstrated ability to collaboratewith customers and internal stakeholders to accurately identify projectrequirements, risks and resolve potential issues.Management skills: ability to complete projects within defined timelines.Experience directing and coordinating internal personnel and subcontractors.Capable of managing multiple types of projects in different project phasessimultaneously.Financial skills: experience managing project financials including costestimation, revenue forecasting revenue recognition and invoicing.Techn
