We are seeking an Executive Recruiter to join our team!

You will perform activities in recruiting new hires that are salaried employees

Responsibilities:

• Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
• On-board new employees
• Participate in company culture, values, and policies
• Provide management with requested reports and documents
• Coordinate daily and weekly recuiting
• Accurately maintain employee files

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in high volume, recruiting, or other related fields
• Self Starter who can work on their own
• Ability to build rapport with all employees
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
