Are you a Real Estate Wholesaler struggling to find leads and buyers?

Come and join us at Valorem Wholesaling Offers! We are a wholesaling platform that provides pre-qualified leads, daily free online and in office training, and also marketing. There is no real estate license or experience in real estate needed to get started! If you are new into the Real Estate industry your role as a Real Estate wholesaler is to contact the seller and get the property under contract. We are currently in plenty of markets in the United States: California, Texas, Tennessee, Arizona, Nevada, Georgia, and more!

We provide real estate marketing help, leads, daily training on how to improve your sales, communication and negotiating skill sets. Direct mentorship from a company leader and guidance within whether you are in the office or working virtually. You will have everything you need to be successful!

You can work with us virtually or in the office, full time or part time, also you have the ability to create your schedule. You will be an independent contractor starting at 20% and have the ability to work your way by building a team and get 90% commission with the leads provided.
