Vancasa Tile and Stone Looking for Order Desk / Customer Service at Richmond, BC Full Time

GL Stone Tile is looking for a highly motivated and organized Order Desk Clerk / Customer Service to join our company for a full-time position.

The order desk clerk will be the first point of contact for the company and also provide administrative support across the organization. The ideal candidate is able to handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all order desk responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality in a timely manner.

Tasks:

– Answering phone calls, taking orders, checking stock, placing orders, generate invoices, arrange shipments, etc.

– Organize paper works

– Miscellaneous office/admin tasks such as sending mails, etc.

– Uploading product information on website.

– Organize showroom.

Qualifications:

– Strong Communication Skills

– Great customer service skill

– Strong problem solving ability

– Excellence in Microsoft Word and Excel, and some knowledge on QuickBooks.

– Fast typing and familiar with internet searching skills

– Ability to work independently and within a team

– Prefer 2+ year related working experience

– Some bookkeeping/accounting knowledge would be an asset

– Strong work ethic, reliable, dependable, highly organized

– Willing to Learn/fast learner

Salary based on experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $20.00-$27.00 per hour
