Job Summary:
JOB SUMMARY
The Front-End Supervisor is responsible for personnel management and oversight of the Patient Service Specialist(s). Responsible for the enforcement of clinic policies and procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversees daily office operations. Identifies and resolves operational problems
• Supervises assigned personnel.
• Assists with hiring, training, evaluating, and counseling assigned staff.
• Prepares daily bank deposit and performs monthly reconciliation
• Participates in professional development efforts to ensure currency in health care practices and trends
• Provides coverage to front office as needed
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Assist office manager with training, implementation, and disseminating information related to initiatives, processes, procedures, or protocols.
• Responsible for creating schedules for assigned staff
• Audits the work of assigned staff for accuracy
• Responsible for maintaining high levels of customer service with self and assigned staff
• Leads routine huddles or meetings with assigned staff
• Superuser with EMR and programs or applications being used in the clinic; completes basic troubleshooting with EMR and programs or applications.
• Completes reporting for initiatives
• Attends meetings as requested
