Marketing Associate

Provides service to high-profile internal partners while managing multiple projects efficiently, and to identify, evaluate and resolve issues that may impact the completion of a marketing plan.

Responsibilities:

• Works under the general direction of marketing manager on marketing plans, campaigns, initiatives, promotions or research projects.
• Develops and manages schedule or calendar of marketing activities. Maintain a budgeting, forecasting, and expenses process for regular reporting.
• Ensures objectives within marketing plans are aligned with the overall department strategy and business needs. Ensures priorities across resources are planned for effectively.
• Communicates status and issues of activities regularly to stakeholders, including team members and senior managers.
• Builds and maintains effective relationships with various parties including sales professionals, business leads, third party agencies and key decision makers.
• Identifies, manages, and mitigates risks on marketing activities.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned
• Experience managing high end events for clients and managing event logistics

Qualifications:

• Minimum three years related work experience, a plus coming from financial industry
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Fully bilingual: English and Spanish

When our Crew return to the office, many will work in our hybrid model. A smaller proportion of our crew will operate in the Work from Home work model (for example, field sales crew); or in the Work from Office model (for example, portfolio managers).
