JOB DESCRIPTION: BUSINESS ANALYST III – THIS IS A 12 MONTH CONTRACT POSITION – CANDIDATE MUST BE LOCAL TO NEW ORLEANS, LA AREA

A)Production and Customer Support (3)- analyst will handle end user support, triage for SNOW ticket inbox and DOP works as well as customer follow up (information gathering to close open SNOW tickets). Additionally analyst will be point of contact for communications requests including daily system issues; will support current team in maintaining timely, accurate responses to customers on all open production support items.

B)Training/System Information Sharing (1) – analyst will support customer requests for job aids; some training materials available in library of over 200 job aids. Will be responsible for timely sharing and organization of current training materials and information gathering to fulfill system training requests.

C)Compliance/System Access (2) – analyst will provide customer support and information gathering for timely response to system access requests. Additionally analyst will support defect and enhancement process activities.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $37.00 – $37.01 per hour
