Vantage Specialty Chemicals is seeking a Data Master Manager to help coordinate and evolve the capabilities surrounding customer information and how it is used throughout the organization. This role will be responsible to monitoring and maintaining the accuracy of customer and product information in key business systems (CRM / ERP). They will also seek ways to improve customer master processes and what information is captured. Leading the day-to-day function of Customer / Product Data Management for the organization
Driving the execution of the Customer /Product Data Strategy and coordinating with consumers of Customer Data across Vantage
Manage data and integration efforts between the PIM solution (Dynamics 365) and multiple inbound / outbound sources, including internal ERPs (Epicor / NAV / SAP), CRM (Dynamics), and other digital platforms (Sitecore, etc)
Coordinate collaboration between Sales, Marketing, and Digital on how Customer/Product Data is captured, cleaned, and utilized and establish Key Performance Indicators tracking quality
Act as the central contact point for the issues impacting customer attributes common across the enterprise and report to the Governance board
Own attributes used across the enterprise to define Customer Data Governance standards, rules, and processes and ensure the cascade to individual functions
In collaboration with subject matter experts and data stewards, defines and implements data strategy, policies, controls, and programs to ensure the enterprise data is accurate, complete, secure, and reliable.
Assists in data management, governance, and data quality of master data requirements with other functional data owners to ensure functional master data integrity across the operation of financial systems is consistent and meets stated business rules and requirements.
Manages, analyzes, and resolves data initiative issues and manages revisions needed to best meet internal and customer requirements while adhering to published data standards. Essential
