A great opportunity has become available for an experienced Performance and Quality Manager to join our New Plymouth team. As our Performance and Quality Manager you will be responsible for the contract performance management systems effectiveness, creating a strong performance culture within the team and assisting the CMT to deliver the required outcomes. You will be working at a high level of planning capability and understand the concepts of high performing teams. You will be at the forefront of promoting positive culture within the team’s operational strength and build strong relationship capability.
About the role:
Develop and continuously improve our contract systems and processes
Actively manage and encourage a collaborative team approach to ensure successful performance between work streams within the New Plymouth operations
Monthly reporting and trend analysis including quality and performance framework reporting
Lead the development of annual performance framework and relevant performance measures, along with developing processes to monitor and report on them
Lead by example, driving Zero Harm through operational excellence
About you:
You will have clear demonstration of collaborative approach used in the development of excellent client management skills and relationship building ability
Strong financial analysis and reporting skill
Bring with you a strong track record of positive leadership behaviours that empower others
Have excellent interpersonal skills
