We are looking for an experienced supervisor to join us and assist with multiple projects across the Manawatu region. With your proven experience running a range of civil construction projects, you will be involved in a variety of work including earthworks, pavement, drainage, structures and concrete work. This is a great role if you are ready to take that next step in your career.

This role will include responsibilities such as:

On-site management and supervision of crews

Planning, organising, directing and controlling the activities and operations of road construction works or drainage renewals work.

Quality inspection, data collection and assisting with claiming of work

Ensure your team information gets through to payroll and processed correctly

Ensuring work is completed to a high standard and all targets (productivity, quality and safety) are met

You will bring:

Earthworks/Roading and Drainage experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong Health & Safety knowledge

Ability to influence with demonstrated leadership behaviours that empower others

Strong problem solving skills

Ability to drive projects and complete within specified time frames

Good computer literacy

Full Class 1 drivers licence minimum
