About the role

This is a 12 month fixed term. 

Our dynamic Fibre team has an exciting opportunity for a Sales & Provisioning Administrator to join their collaborative team. In this role you will provide provisioning support to the Sales & Service Team and you will also provide cover for the Service Delivery team when needed.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage network equipment inventory through SAP and other systems
• General sales administrative tasks
• Processing goods receipts and goods issues
• Picking and packaging configured equipment via courier
• Purchase courier tickets/bags & packaging consumables
• Data entry of new contracts into systems, and monitoring their progress
• Provide analysis and reporting of performance around sales

Who we are looking for

To be successful in this role, you will have previous customer service and administrative experience.  You will enjoy seeing a task from start to finish, and you are not worried about moving around some boxes of equipment in the office.  You will also have attention to detail, the ability to manage your workload, be a self starter and have an analytical and problem-solving mindset.

You will also ideally bring the following:

• SAP experience useful but training will be provided
• Interpersonal skills and a desire to work in a high-performing sales team
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Basic financial understanding
• Multi-tasking and prioritising customers orders
