About the role

This is an exciting administration role within our supportive and collaborative Gas Metering Services team.  As a key point of contact for our contractors and customers you will ensure our work is done safely and in accordance with our requirements whilst ensuring efficient installations and maintenance of our gas metering assets. You will bring your investigation and collaborative skills to help us follow through on our work orders. You will also learn and understand our billing and contracts areas. This will help the team report on performance in Siebel,  Manage Data in Salesforce and process billing processes in SAP.

Who we are looking for

You bring a positive, friendly and can-do attitude. You enjoy working with a great team. Previous customer service and data administration experience is essential along with your commitment to providing quality and courteous customer service. You are good with technology and know your way around word, excel and outlook. It will also be advantageous if you have gas or utilities background.
