This position is in Warrendale, PA and offers a hybrid mix of in-office and work from home. This position is responsible for creating and managing appropriate end-to-end, regression, and unit test plans to validate business software and applications function according to defined requirements and standards. Working with the business and technical teams, persons in this position will engage in direct testing to produce quality solutions with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, task completion, and UI/UX to support company’s mission of providing an exceptional experience to our customers and teams. Main Responsibilities:Ensure that deliverables meet requirements of the business stakeholders and their processes by:* Ensuring that product meets internal and regulatory standards* Documenting the user acceptance testing process* Development of end-to-end, regression, and unit testing plans* Managing testing for systems, upgrades, and development sprints+ Supporting testing groups and users+ Gathering and presenting relevant feedback Development and other technical team collaboration:* Detail, track, discuss, reassess bugs/issues sent back to development and/or partner using Azure DevOps* Facilitate documentation updates with necessary detail to other teams including support and training* Engage in troubleshooting for escalated tickets with internal and external support teams* Work with business/technology consultants and other project team members to understand requirements* Assist in maintaining the design and integrity of internal processes and supporting systems Key Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related discipline with an IT focus or equivalent years of progressive experience.* 2+ years with demonstrated history in technical quality assurance with a focus on the end user experience.* Azure DevOps, Microsoft suite of office products, and automated testing solutions. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Leapwork helpful.* Both independent and team oriented as needed. Ability to multi-task and set priorities. Attention to detail.
