Colorado Salary Range:
Entry level payroll team clerk providing administrative support to the Global Payroll team. Supports shared inquiry ticketing box by providing accurate and timely responses. Assists with elements of payroll processing, generates reports and supports various reconciliations efforts. Acts as backup for other payroll co-workers.
Responsibilities:

- Supports the team as it plans, organizes, coordinates, monitors, and carries out Vectrus payroll functions under the general direction of the Global Payroll Manager.
- Assists employees with payroll issues or pay concerns. Resets UTA passwords for employees. Also assists payroll clerks with payroll issues at program sites.
- Supports audit reports and payroll registers for accuracy and compliance. Ensuring all payroll audits request from internal/external stakeholders are resolved accurately and timely.
- Maintains filing for all timecards, payroll reports and labor approvals/transfers.
- Acts as back up to co-workers and performs other related duties as required.
- Maintains up-to-date detailed desk procedures.
- Performs account reconciliations.
- Performs other related duties as required.
Qualifications:
Education / Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education if degree is required.
- Associate: High School/GED, Entry, performs routine tasks as directed
Experience:
- 1 to 3 years of related experience
Skills & Technology Used:
- Word, Outlook & Excel desired.
- Knowledge of UTA Timecard and UltiPro a plus

Colorado Salary Range:
- $38,000 – 50,000.
