• Calendar Management: Update and maintain accurate calendars, including scheduling reminders, follow-ups, and adjustments as needed
• Logistical Support: Assist with logistical arrangements such as venue bookings, travel coordination, and vendor communication to facilitate smooth event operations
• Documentation: Prepare and organize event documentation, including contracts, agreements, and itineraries, ensuring all details are accurately recorded and easily accessible
• Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or logistical issues to minimize disruptions and ensure seamless event execution
