To implement, maintain and update the radiotherapy department education and training strategy, associated protocols and procedures in line with service needs and data from staff appraisals and personal development plans
To compose annual training needs analysis for radiotherapy, whilst ensuring service plans for improving patient care are achieved, alongside professional development of the workforce
To facilitate and maintain an effective learning environment within the clinical setting, including induction and preceptorship packages
Contributes to the strategic development of education for students, staff, and service users at a local and national level
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
