About the opportunity
This position exists to build and maintain vendor relationships through the collection of vendor documents, contract data entry and processing as well as fulfillment of assessment/service orders all with a focus on providing accurate, clean, and professional products that are delivered to Venminder clients and vendors.
What you’ll do
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key contacts
- Communicate with clients and vendors pertaining to service orders via phone and email
- Monitor queues daily to ensure prompt attention is given to assigned service orders
- Adhere to established deadlines, quality and productivity set fourth for the department
- Ensure appropriate documents have been obtained to fulfill service orders
- Interpret incoming documentation and take appropriate action based on client services
- Prepare service orders for our team of experts – data entry
- QA completed service orders for accuracy
- Record and monitor completed service metrics and data
- Identify the basic requirements of contract and contract amendments
- Ensure that all contract and customer information is properly recorded
- Communicate any discrepancies and work with Clients to obtain required metadata
- Produce time-sensitive projects, prioritizing them daily based on importance and significance
- Escalate relationship concerns to Management Team in a timely fashion
- Other duties as assigned

Available Shift
Monday – Friday : 8am-5pm [ this role is a hybrid opportunity ]
