About the opportunity
This position exists to build and maintain vendor relationships. The Vendor Success Specialist will be the primary point of contact to maintain the vendor side of a relationship from the collection of documents, contract processing, assessment/service order fulfillment. This position requires clear communicate via phone and e-mail.
What you’ll do
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with the key contacts at each vendor
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Monitor queues daily to ensure prompt attention is given to assigned service orders
- Adhere to established deadlines
- Accuracy of document loading to the appropriate institution with clean visual appearance
- Ensure appropriate documents have been obtained to fulfill service orders
- Prepare service orders for our team of experts – data entry
- QA completed service orders for accuracy. Record and monitor completed service metrics and data.
- Escalate relationship concerns to Management Team in a timely fashion
- Other duties as assigned
