ABOUT THE ROLE
Ventia is seeking an experienced Work Management Centre Operator to join their hardworking and dedicated FM team supporting a large local government Facilities Management contract in the Wellington region.
Reporting to the Works Management Centre Lead, the WMCO will provide first point of communication with Ventia’s customers and subcontractors to deliver a timely, quality facilities management services.
The role provides the ‘front door’ of Ventia and requires a calm, professional approach to ensure that work is managed in accordance with a range of demanding priority levels.
Your key responsibilities include:
Ventia operates on two shifts between 7am to 7pm and you will have the opportunity to work flexibly between the shifts, working together with the other team members to ensure the operations window is covered.
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate will be someone who has a good understanding of facilities maintenance services as well as someone who can work with a variety of stakeholders and is able to problem solve and prioritize work accordingly.
You will need to be good with managing multiple systems at the same time and able to learn new things or pick up new tasks quickly. The ability to work in a team environment as well as flexibility around changing work priorities will be key to your success in this role.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
The ability to work under pressure, experience with deadlines and reasonable volumes of speed are essential to your success in this role!
