THE ROLE

This role’s focus is in assisting Project Managers and support project teams throughout the life cycle of their projects. From Health and Safety, Finance, and Quality.

You will be engaging with subcontractors, service providers, client representatives, as well as other Ventia staff. This role will be based at our Hereford St office in Freeman’s bay but has opporutnity to work remotely a few days a week.

We also offer true flexible hours where you work with your team about your best available time.

Other tasks include

• Compile and submit required reports in a timely manner.
• Record and distribute meeting minutes.
• Raise and reconcile purchase orders.
• Fleet Management
• Training Coordination
• Office Administration
• HSEQ Administration

To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum three years experience in the Construction, Electrical, or Telco industry. You must have advance computer literacy and are comfortable with the use of JDE/SAP

Familiarity with servicing and maintenance of trucks, light vehicles, and mobile plant are an advantage.

Your ability to work collaboratively with others as well as your excellent interpersonal communication skills are essential to your success in this role
