Venture Capital Hiring for Part Time Data Entry Job at New York, NY Full Time

Pay Rate: 35-45/hr

Start Date: ASAP

Duration of Assignment: 1-2 months from the start date

Hours Per-Week (_ estimated_ ): 20 hrs/week (estimated) – PART TIME

Onsite/Offsite/Hybrid: Hybrid; They would be on Tues/Weds/Thurs (mirroring the specialist’s schedule). They would be remote on Mondays & Fridays.
Vax Requirements: Hybrid, vax is required to be in the office (booster within 6 months of start date).

Responsibilities:

• Compile, verify and sort data within excel for review and data entry.
• Update existing data within the HRIS using provided source files
• Organize and upload electronic files within the system as directed
• Methodically review all system data for errors and report any discrepancies that require correction
• Generate templates for sample reports by following detailed instructions in order to test functionality for different use cases

Skills:

• Proficient in Excel and Google Suite
• High levels of focus, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Prior experience in working with confidential and sensitive data.
• Prior experience in operating within systems.
• Experience in working within an HRIS specifically is a plus.
